Manutea Beginners FREE Trial Class (13+)
Our beginners class is on Mondays at 6:00pm in our Manutea class. Classes are not always the same but consist of about 30-40min of warm ups, and drills, followed by choreography for the remainder of the class.

About the event

- Water
- Small towel
- Please wear your hair up and away from your face
- Wear workout attire
